Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use AgoraScan and read its reports, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or voice control. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA, and we list below anything we know falls short and how to get help.

What this statement covers
This statement covers agorascan.ai: the marketing pages, sign-in, the dashboard, online reports, PDF reports, emails we send, the score badge and the embeddable website scanner.
What you should be able to do
- Zoom up to 400% without text spilling off the screen.
- Navigate the whole site, run scans and read reports using only a keyboard.
- Use the site with screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and TalkBack.
- Change colours, contrast and fonts using your browser or device settings.
- Use the site in light or dark mode, and with reduced motion if your device asks for it.
- Read every screenshot finding as text: each issue has a written description, not just an image.
Our standard and status
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at level AA. AgoraScan is [fully / partially] compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA. [If partially, the issues are listed below.]
Known issues
[Fill in after testing. Examples of the kind of thing to list, with the WCAG criterion and the date you expect to fix it:]
- [Screenshots in reports are images of other websites. We describe each finding in text, but we can't make the content inside a screenshot accessible. (WCAG 1.1.1)]
- [PDF reports are tagged, but some tables may not be announced correctly in all PDF readers. The online report has the same content and is fully accessible. (WCAG 1.3.1)]
- [Charts of scores use colour along with labels; some chart details may be hard to read at high zoom. (WCAG 1.4.11)]
- [Third-party sign-in screens and Stripe's checkout are provided by Clerk and Stripe; we've checked them but don't control them.]
If you need something in a different format
If you need a report in another format, such as plain text, large print or a format that works better with your assistive technology, or you need help using AgoraScan, email hello@agorascan.ai. We'll reply within [2 working days] and provide what you need within [5 working days], at no extra cost.
Reporting problems
We're always looking to improve. If you find a problem not listed here, or think we're not meeting the standard, email hello@agorascan.ai with the page address and what happened. We'll acknowledge it within [2 working days] and tell you what we'll do.
Enforcement
In Great Britain, the Equality and Human Rights Commission enforces the Equality Act 2010. If you're not happy with how we respond, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (equalityadvisoryservice.com); in Northern Ireland, the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland. In the EU, contact the authority responsible for accessibility in your country.
How we tested
This website was last tested on [date] by [Grid Design / an independent tester]. We used automated testing ([tools, e.g. axe-core, the same checks AgoraScan runs]) and manual testing with keyboard only, [NVDA with Firefox, VoiceOver with Safari on macOS and iOS], 200% and 400% zoom, and Windows high contrast mode. We tested [the home page, pricing, sign-in, the dashboard, a free report, a full report, the PDF and the website scanner].
This statement was prepared on [date] and last reviewed on [date]. We review it at least once a year and whenever we make a significant change to the site.
About our audits
AgoraScan checks other websites for accessibility issues using automated tests and AI review. Those checks find many common problems but can't confirm that a site fully meets WCAG or any law. Our reports are not a certificate of accessibility or legal compliance.
