Page checklist
Contact page UX checklist
Someone on your contact page already wants to talk to you. These checks make sure nothing stops them: too many form fields, missing details, or no idea when you'll reply.
If you only do three things
- Offer more than one way to get in touch, including a phone number if you have one.
- Say how quickly you reply, and keep the form to the fields you really need.
- Show who you are and where you are, so people know they're dealing with a real business.
